The gasketed plate heat exchanger range includes more than 100 models of plate and frame type heat exchangers. They differ according to a variation in size, shape, pressing pattern, pressing depth surface area, connection sizes and pressure resistance.

Standard colour is RAL 5010, but all other RAL colours can be chosen if specified.
Features of the plate heat exchanger range:
- A redefined plate pressing – allows the use of thinner materials even at higher pressures – more cost effective than using thicker materials.
- An improved pressing pattern – increases the surface area per plate this reducing the total number of plates required in the pack. Less plates means lower cost.
- Higher heat transfer coefficients now possible – this means that the primary and secondary circuits can run closer together (less thermal drop).
- A more defined gasket groove in the plates combined with gasket profile and shape enhancements. The groove will give additional support and protection to the gaskets, and the enhanced gaskets will improve the sealing, making them less prone to leakage.
- Another advantage of the new design is that Sonflow plates have excellent flow distribution which ensures a more stable and predictable performance and an even better response to cleaning.
- AHRI-Certified plate heat exchanger selection software. This is an independent testament of assurance to customers that the heat exchangers selected and proposed will perform exactly as specified, thus delivering the required performance.
